    Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly and succinctly with team members and leadership Strong computer skills; skilled at using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project; capable of maintaining the appropriate project documentation Strong problem-solving skills; able to anticipate and recognize problems, diagnose root causes and take corrective action to prevent recurrence within the team Applied knowledge of project management tools and processes Excellent communication skills LI-HD#IT Implementation or upgrading systems; Large ERP experience highly desired (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.) Ability to effectively act as the liaison between the business and technical teams Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and other relevant systems ie Microsoft Project Developing project deliverables, work papers and other project artifacts Flexibility to adjust quickly and effectively to frequent change and altered priorities
