  • SENIOR HR CONSULTANT
    Leads investigation and resolution of employee issues, and provides guidance to line managers on performance management and corrective action procedures Provide consultation to managers and counsel employees/managers on people issues Provide consultation to leaders and employees related to complex performance management issues
  • ASSOCIATE HR CONSULTANT
    Develops positive working relationships with peers, customers, employees and management to effectively complete work activities Provide support for HR Business Partner team and management with over flow work and ad hoc projects Provide support to employees and managers throughout the full employment life cycle Provide support for Talent Acquisition with over flow work and ad hoc projects
  • HR CONSULTANT
    Complies with relevant Group Policies, testing and certifying (or considers and escalates) the adequacy and effectiveness of the business’s controls on a regular basis Provide advice, counsel and information to people managers, employees business leaders and HR Business Partners across the enterprise in Canada who request information and guidance on a wide range of HR related issues and programs including (but not limited to) Income Protection, Accommodation, Hours of Work, Leaves of Absence, Outside Activities/Conflicts of Interest

EDUCATION

  • INDIANA UNIVERSITY
    Strong business acumen, good knowledge of local business activities, Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn chosen software programs Excellent IT/Microsoft Office skills with the ability to quickly run around work Being able to develop strong working relationships quickly and effectively Strong interpersonal skills, able to build strong and effective business relationships
